About Chad

You may have found this page because you or someone you know is struggling or hurting in some kind of way. Maybe you’ve been thinking about seeing a therapist for a while now, or something has happened recently to prompt you to look for help. I believe strongly that hope is present and progress is attainable given the proper support and conditions. A therapeutic relationship is one like no other in that you are ensured concentrated empathy and unconditional positive regard while also able to express and process with complete confidentiality.

I use an integrative approach where I’ll tailor appropriate therapeutic interventions to fit the unique needs of the client, though I am firmly rooted in person-centered counseling that promotes your ability to draw on your strengths and facilitate change. Though my work is categorically clinical, I try to not lose sight of the fact that I am a human talking to other humans.

I am available to counsel children ages 10+, adolescents/teens, and adults of all ages. I work with families, but not couples specifically. If we meet in office, you might find my incorporation of animal-assisted therapy and my personal interest in music to be appealing.

I hope you will consider reaching out to me about the possibility of beginning a therapeutic relationship or helping you find another therapist better suited for your needs.
